“We were in a tough spot with only 7 available players. I was really proud of our young kids for stepping up and making plays. Kendall McCaig is starting to settle down and play with confidence. Elissa Simmons got the start today and played some real tough minutes for our team. Kyra Brandon was fantastic and dominated in all phases of the game. We really need this break to get healthy.”- Coach Ballard
“We started the game off strong and had the final result we wanted but we have more work to do to become better. Boxing out will be key for us moving forward and keeping teams off the offensive glass.”- Kyra Brandon, Soph., Pg.
“We may have had only 7 players but every single one of us played our hardest. Yes, there were some struggles sometimes with us getting tired, but we pushed through and played a really good game of basketball as a team.”-Becca Przybylo, Sr., Forward
