“Perseverance. I was really proud of how our group battled tonight. Half-way thru the third, we were really struggling in all facets in the game, but our group showed some real grit tonight. It was a total team effort. Everyone contributed. Sydney McCaig showed how special she can be. She played with great confidence and an edge to her game we haven’t seen all year.”- Coach Ballard
“It was a rough game from the start. Each team kept going back and forth the whole game. Syd hit some big three’s and we started rolling with steals, blocks, and shots. We fought through adversity and got the win in the end. It was a team battled and a team win.”- Becca Przybylo, Senior Forward
“Tonight was a very important game for our team. Coming back and playing games without practice the week before was rough but we had a couple really good practices that really helped us win tonight’s game. We worked really hard and more importantly together. We never got down on each other on each other because we know mistakes are inevitable. Instead, we picked each other up and focused on the next play every time.”- Sydney McCaig, Jr., Forward
