Calling all Plymouth Athletes who are on a team or interested in playing a sport!

The Plymouth Athletic Department is hosting open strength, conditioning, and agility sessions for Plymouth athletes every week school is in session. Our certified athletic trainers and coaches will be conducting sport specific training to improve your strength, speed, agility and toughness.

We believe that hard work and toughness build champions. Come join us and become a better athlete.

When: Monday – Thursday from 2:30pm – 4:00pm

Where: Plymouth Weight Training Facility (next to the PHS Gymnasium)
