Our fourth Wildcat of the Week is Senior, Chantal LeDoux. Chantal is a three year varsity basketball player. Chantal is this week’s Wildcat due to her standout performance during Plymouth’s last game vs Northville, and her commitment to her team and growth mindset. Chantal was Plymouth’s lead scorer over the season and made big plays throughout the year to help her team succeed. Let’s get to know Chantal…

Stats: Averaged 15.6 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, 2 assists per game, 0.6 blocks per game, and was a 71% free throw shooter.

Team Role: Captain, point guard.

Most Important Part of the Wildcat Code: Growth because you should always be relentless when going after your goals, and you should strive to get 1% better everyday.

Future Plans: Attending University of Toledo, plans to major in Biology.

What made you become interested in basketball: Her dad introduced to her basketball when she was 8, and she has been playing ever since.

If you could do it all over again what would you change: Set more individual goals for herself during the season, and try to accomplish all of them.

Advice to younger players: Always give your best effort in everything that you do, whether it be athletics or academics.
