SOPHOMORE MADALYN HARDEN QUALIFIES FOR DIVISION ONE STATE BOWLING FINALS!

On Saturday February 25, sophomore superstar Madalyn (Maddie) Harden registered a Top Ten finish in the Division One regional bowling finals at Super Bowl lanes.  In doing so, she earned a spot in the MHSAA Individual State Championships, to be held next Saturday March 4 at Sterling Lanes in Sterling Heights.  Maddie shot a fine 1079 6-game series on the brutal Allen lane pattern Saturday, good enough for a 5th-place finish (out of 71 contestants) to punch her ticket to the state finals.  In the final game, she threw clutch strikes in the 9th and 10th frames to lock up her spot.   Good luck to Maddie next Saturday as she slugs it out with the finest female bowlers in the state for the ultimate singles prize in Michigan high school bowling – an MHSAA state championship!  Go Maddie!!!
