Paige Slominski (basketball), Brandon Harris (wrestling), Natalie Janke (gymnastics), and Jordan Orzech (bowling) have earned Plymouth Wildcat of the Week honors.
Slominski, the senior point guard for the KLAA South Division champions, broke the Plymouth High School single-season assists record set by Kylie Robb in 2014. With several games left to go, Slominski will continue to build upon this impressive streak.
Brandon Harris won his matches in Wednesday’s MHSAA team district, and also won the individual District Championship in his weight class on Saturday. He will next compete at the MHSAA individual Regional meet.
Natalie Janke earned a season-high 9.5 on the beam on Thursday vs. Farmington Unified. Janke’s stellar performances will continue as the team prepares for upcoming KLAA and MHSAA meets.
Jordan Orzech inspired the Wildcats in the bowling team’s 22-8 rematch victory over Wayne Memorial. Senior captain Orzech led the charge in the individual matches with a strong 206-246 (452) set.
Congrats, Wildcats of the Week!
