Practice times for the first week are as follows:
Make sure you have turned in all your athletic forms to the Plymouth athletic office and have obtained a stamped slip from the athletic office that you must bring with you on the first day to give to Coach Forbes if you haven’t turned it in to Michelle Beauprez already. You will not be allowed to practice without this slip. Make sure you bring a swim suit, goggles, sneakers, exercise clothes (shorts or sweat pants), towel and water to every practice. You may also want to bring a swim cap and a small exercise mat.
