July 11-29

M/W/F 5-7pm @ JV Track (Running and workouts)
T/TH 3:30-5:30pm @ soccer practice fields for pickup games.
All participants MUST wear proper equipment (soccer cleats, shin guards) and have a physical exam on file with the Plymouth athletic office.
