The Road Runner Sports Wildcats of the Week, as nominated by their coaches, are Kathryn Gordon, Olivia Dillaha, Nadine Salamey, Kayla Dudek, Erin Bradley, Cali Jones, Alyssa Lopez, Bei Lei Martin, Robert Florence, Nolan Ouellette, Mitch Harber, Mackenzie Osgood, Pete Carravallah, and Amber Steiner.

Kathryn Gordon, a senior on the varsity soccer team, scored two goals and had three Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.10.28 AMassists in three games this week.


Track and Field athletes Olivia Dillaha (11th, also Pom), Nadine Salamey (12), Kayla Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 9.26.01 PMScreenshot 2016-04-17 at 9.25.50 PMScreenshot 2016-04-17 at 9.25.40 PMScreenshot 2016-04-17 at 9.26.13 PMDudek (11, also Cross Country), and Erin Bradley (11), set a new school record in the shuttle hurdle relay at the Franklin Patriots Relays on Saturday, compiling a time of 1:08.0, good for first place at the meet.


 

Cali Jones, a senior on the varsity softball team, went 5 for 13 on the week with 3 home runs.  Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.10.51 AMCali has started every game at second base.  Her hard work, passion to be a team player, and leadership are what the ‘Cats need to have a great season.  The coaching staff is very proud of Cali and how she has grown into her role this year.  She does what is asked of her on a daily basis, and she improves every day!


 

Alyssa Lopez and Bei Lei Martin, both seniors playing on the varsity tennis team, have Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.13.43 AM Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.13.57 AMdropped only one game in two matches this year at One Doubles.


 

Cierra Steiner, a junior on the varsity lacrosse team, was nominated for her outstanding Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.22.30 AMdraw control this past week.


 

Nolan Ouellette, a junior on the varsity lacrosse team, scored 14 goals in 3 games this week, Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.23.40 AMincluding a win over visiting Forest Hills Northern.


 

Robert Florence, a junior on the track and field team, set new personal records in both the Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.28.06 AMshot put (42’5″) and discus (104’7″) on Saturday at the Livonia Franklin Patriots Invitational.


Mitch Harber, a sophomore on the JV baseball team, has been a team leader and has been Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.43.45 AMpitching “lights out” to start the 2016 season.

 


Mackenzie Osgood, a captain on the freshmen soccer team, has stepped into a new role Screenshot 2016-04-17 at 10.50.41 AMas a forward and tried hard to really get a hang of the position.  She has gotten better in every game she’s played and has now scored 3 goals in our first 3 games.

Amber has five goals so far this season she scored the team’s first hat trick (3 goals) against Salem. She has perfect practice attendance and puts 100% in every day.


Pete Carravallah, a senior on the varsity baseball team (also basketball), went 6 for 13 last wScreenshot 2016-04-17 at 9.25.33 PMeek, with 6 RBIs, 6 runs scored, and 5 stolen bases.
