#4 Darius Timmons

Timmons, who has been a standout both at tailback and linebacker this season for the ‘Cats, rushed for 225 yards and three touchdowns against Northville in the first round of the MHSAA playoffs.  Timmons was recognized by his coaches for the outstanding effort and performance he displayed in Friday night’s game.  Click here to read an Observer Newspaper article that discusses Timmons’ performance and the playoff game.

Dani Barile continued her outstanding senior season last week with a great performance at the River Rats Invitational at Ann Arbor Huron High School.  Plymouth did well in the tournament, finally bowing out in the “gold” bracket to Huron, but coach Dave Nichols says that Barile was “really good” all day at the tournament.  Click here for an Observer Newspaper feature article on Barile.

Amelia Carey

Amelia Carey, a ninth-grader on the girls cross country team, was praised by head coach Alice A’Hearn for her hard work ethic all season, which is why Carey has set personal records (PRs) in every race except one this season, finishing the season with a 21:01 time at the MHSAA Regional on Saturday.
